I miss the gilmore girls.
I'm not sure if it was their quipy nature, or my own jelousy for the relationship that rory had with lorelye, but it was one of my favorite tv shows.
The season finally was a bit abrupt, and left alot to be desired.
I'm upset that Rory did not marry Logan. I wanted that to be the finale. I had high hopes of seeing rory in the dress, lorelie in the pews and all the pre-wedding jitters that would have made for great tv.
I wish i had a life like hers. No real problems to mention. Raised humbly, but if she ever needed money, or a car, or a $40,000 sex house, the grandparents were never more than a 30 minute bus ride away. Able to attend yale. Never had a real job. Gorgeous, slim, eloquent, and funny. What more could a girl aspire to be but Rory Gilmore?
Alas, i suppose I'll have to try and find my ideal self in another tv show... so far Kate Austin (LOST) is far from where I want to be. Margie (Big Love) is about as close to realistic me as there is. Hell, she even drives the same car.
7th Heaven, was a show i enjoyed casually. It also ended this week to utter disapointment. While I know the only reason the show continued another season was because it was Aaron Spellings dying wish, but I really feel that they could have done a much better job throughout the season and especially with the finale.
Who will cure my TV whoes?
Sure won't be lost with 3 more 16 episodes seasons. Thats a long ass time to wait to see how much lying the produces have been doing.
They aren't dead my ass... i sure as hell want to know the answers and I'm afraid its going to be something utterly rediculous. But they've trapped my and I'm in for the long hall.
